Just to help answer any of those cheeky little queries that cross almost everyone’s minds… plus some that may only cross very few minds but are still handy to know.
Do we catch up before the day?
Of course we can catch up! Coffee, cocktails, burgers by the beach? Why not, perfect time to ask any questions that you might have, get to know each other and chat through all the details.
Can we split your time across the day?
No, the hours you book are consecutive.
Will you assist with the timeline?
Sure will - it is important to ensure that everyone is on the same page so you can really enjoy your day and the best way to do that is to ask the professionals.
Do you store our images?
Your images will be kept on file for up to 12 months, however, I strongly suggest backing up your USB once you receive it to ensure you are not just solely relying on one device - never can be too careful!
How do we go about booking?
Once we know that we are a good fit and that I have your date available, you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of $1,000 flat rate and sign a contract. Until both of those steps are complete your date will not be secured - first in, best dressed. Remainder of your package is due 28 days prior to the wedding date.
How long does the online gallery remain active?
Your online gallery will remain active up to 12 months.
How long does the editing take?
Editing can take up to 16 weeks, obviously the aim is to have them to you before then however life can happen and sometimes delivering the gallery can take a little longer.
Do you offer other products?
Absolutely! From beautiful big albums that you will be able to pass down for generations through to gorgeous pieces of wall art to display throughout your home.
Can we get the RAW images?
My art is not just in the way I create an image, it also in the way it is finished off before it is handed over to you, a RAW image hasn’t had that same level of aftercare and therefor it isn’t a proper representation of my work. So in a short answer - no, RAW images are not given out.
How many images can we expect?
I don’t cap how many images you will receive as every story is different and therefor the amount of images will always be different. In saying that, generally, the final amount is about 50 final edited images to each hour that I was present on the day (so for an 8 hour day you’d expect to see approximately 400 images.)
